7 Months CARNIVORE – Zero Sugar

Hello everyone! It’s been a long while since I wrote on here… and lo and behold! It’s been 7 months and I have stuck with it… and by “it,”I mean the Carnivore Diet.

Why did I stick with it and HOW?

Because I fell in love with myself. No kidding. I mean nothing mushy by that and I am also not being an existentialist or whatever lol.

I just loved being free from pain and brain fog and mental anguish. I didn’t want to let go of that feeling. Truthfully, I did have times when I experimented with non-carnivore foods, but I did not enjoy them as much as I did before. I am just too well aware of what foods affect me negatively and it really is super good to be that self-aware. P.S. Oddly enough, one time, I had a pumpkin or squash, and the next day, I had fever. YES! It’s true! Some people do react to even the “healthy” foods like fruits and vegetables. I have also discovered that when I eat fruits that are not locally grown, I get a huge pimple! And YES, that certainly is annoying AF. So, for the past seven months, I have only VERY RARELY ate fruits.

I’m also loving my skin! It’s clear, glowing and radiant… without ANY trips to the beauty salon and spa: NO TREATMENTS at all and with my skincare comprising ONLY of soap and water. I look way younger than I did a year ago, even YEARS AGO. Our skin is the biggest organ of our bodies. Anything wrong with our skin is an indication of any inflammation that goes on on the inside. So, yes, I will keep on with this. I will eat for my skin.

Right now, I am also looking forward to building my strength back up. I have been consistent with my workouts fairly recently and it is already taking effect on my physique. And yes, results came in quick too. I’m pretty pretty excited about that!
